Step forward for Chinese in DR Congo as Sinohydro signs MoU for Zongo II HPP

Kinshasa’s agreement with China for Sinohydro to build the Zongo II hydroelectric power project represents a significant step forward in implementing Beijing’s commitments to install infrastructure in return for access to natural resources.
