eThala Management Services has issued a general procurement notice for its 10MW eThala biomass project in Harding, Kwa-Zulu Natal. eThala will use a project preparation grant from the African Development Bank-administered Sustainable Fund for Africa (Sefa) to fund preliminary studies.
