Power player develops storage

President Yahya Jammeh has commissioned a new $50m storage facility in Mandinary village, Kombo North, Western Region. The Observer newspaper said the Gam Petroleum Storage Facility Company storage facility had 17 tanks and a storage capacity of 51,000 tonnes of heavy and light fuel oil and gas, allowing Gambia to store the equivalent of six months’ fuel and gas consumption.
