Ketraco. State-owned company, restructured from KPLC, will now handle all new transmission projects, while KPLC will carry on same T&D function, using existing infrastructure, and will finance new distribution projects. Ketraco plans 4,000km of high-voltage transmission infrastructure to cost $1.3bn
