Fund to buy CO2 credits from reforestation project

After several years of negotiations, an Emissions Reductions Purchase Agreement for 500,000 tonnes of carbon has been signed by the World Bank’s BioCarbon Fund and the director general of Congolese private company Novacel, Olivier Mushiete.
