The West African Power Pool (Wapp) has announced the permanent synchronisation of 12 member state grids, as Benin, Burkina Faso, Cote d’Ivoire, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Liberia, Mali, Mauritania, Senegal, Sierra Leone and Togo linked up.
