Morocco: Bidders announced for Noor Midelt Phase I IPPs

Nearly a year after launching its request for qualification (RfQ) to design, build, carry out operation and maintenance (O&M) and finance the 300MW-380MW Noor Midelt Phase I solar project, the Moroccan Agency for Sustainable Energy (Masen) has announced five bidding groups to build the project’s planned concentrated solar power (CSP) and photovoltaic (PV) units.
