Hyperdynamics sues AGR over well costs

Hyperdynamics said on 21 June that its SCS Corporation subsidiary had filed a suit in the High Court in London claiming against AGR Well Management Limited following unsuccessful negotiations to address cost overruns associated with the Sabu-1 well offshore Guinea.
