Gabon: Veolia brings EdF into SEEG

The European Commission has approved the acquisition of joint control of Société d’Energie and Eau du Gabon (SEEG) by Veolia Eau and EdF via the joint acquisition of Veolia Water India Africa (VWIA), currently exclusively controlled by Veolia Eau.
