The Seychelles Energy Commission (SEC) is inviting companies interested in developing a 4MW floating solar PV plant in the Lagoon le Rocher to register for an information and site visit by 20 April. The event will take place on 26 April at the Savoy Hotel in Mahè, Seychelles.
Prospective bidders will develop, finance, own and operate the plant, which will have the Public Utility Corporation as the sole offtaker. The tender process is being supported by African Legal Support Facility, hosted by the African Development Bank and the Clinton Foundation. Trinity International and Multiconsult are serving as the transaction and tender advisors.
