Updated April 2022, this map provides a detailed overview of the hydrocarbons sector in Gabon.

Blocks are shown that are open, licensed or under negotiation/provisional award. Block operators and oil and gas fields are marked alongside associated midstream and downstream infrastructure such as pipelines, tanker terminals and refineries.

An inset provides greater detail for part of the offshore Ogooué Delta Basin. A second, smaller inset provides detail for offshore acreage alongside the maritime border with the Republic of Congo (Brazzaville).

The map is available as a PDF file using eps graphics, meaning that there is no loss of resolution as the file is enlarged.
