Energy Efficiency Services Ltd has begun procurement on behalf of the India-based International Solar Alliance (ISA) for the design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of 272,579 solar water pumps in ISA member countries. To date, 75 countries (including 40 African countries) have signed the ISA framework agreement and 52 countries (30 African countries) have signed and ratified the agreement. Tendering will be a single stage process including prequalification and technical and financial scoring. A pre-bid conference will be held on 7 June 2019 at ISA headquarters in Gurugram, India. Bids are due 16 June 2019.
