The politics remain difcult and the social situation catastrophic for millions of Congolese, but so richly endowed with resources, including the massive Inga hydro asset, DRC remains a lure for the mining and energy companies looking for a new institutional framework to create a more stable, investorfriendly environment, writes Franois Misser.
