The Moroccan Agency for Sustainable Energy (Masen) invites bids by 14 September from consultants to provide advisory services on the challenges posed by the expansion of its operations from the development of solar energy to all forms of renewables including wind and hydropower.Masen’s new responsibilities, set out in a law passed in August 2016, will cover the development, financing and management of all renewable energy projects in the country and involvement from assessment of potential resources to their development, capacity building, industrialisation of the sector, research and development and advisory services.
