Mostefa Ouki

Mostefa has over 30 years of experience in developing, executing, and managing natural gas and energy-related techno-economic projects throughout the world.  He is presently involved in research work on the preparedness of gas exporting countries in the Middle East and North Africa region to address new international green regulations to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

During his career, Mostefa has led numerous consulting and advisory assignments commissioned by governments, national and international energy companies and international financial institutions. He has worked closely with government and private sector policy decision makers on the funding of natural gas projects and has executed and led several assignments on the planning and implementation of oil, gas and petrochemical infrastructure projects in key hydrocarbon producing countries in the Arabian Gulf and Africa.
