The long-awaited electricity cost-of-service study – which has been carried out by UK-based Energy Market and Regulatory Consultants (EMRC) but is not yet published – has caused some “reservations from government”, according to energy minister Peter Kapala, with concerns about how any changes to prices will affect consumers.
