Vivo Energy IPO raises £548m

Africa-focused fuel retailer Vivo Energy floated its shares on the London Stock Exchange on 4 May in an initial public offering (IPO) raising £548m ($742m) and valuing the company at £1.98bn. The offer price was set at 165p per share for the 27.7% of the company floated in what was the largest African IPO in London since 2005 and the largest London offering so far this year
