Togo: Globeleq to develop renewable project

UK-based developer Globeleq has signed a joint development agreement with the Togolese government to develop a renewable energy project on a public-private partnership basis. The agreement was signed on 5 December in Lomé. The plant is part of the country’s National Development Plan 2018-2022.
