Sonangol gives B31 go-ahead

Sociedade Nacional de Combustíveis de Angola (Sonangol) has given the go-ahead for BP and its co-venturers to develop a series of deep-water oil discoveries in offshore Block 31. Their programme is based on a standardised development concept.
