The Cairo-based African Export-Import Bank (Afreximbank) and local developer Ndar Energies said on 22 February that they had signed an agreement to build a 250MW combined cycle gas turbine (CCGT) plant in Saint Louis, as momentum in the Senegalese gas-to-power (GTP) sector continues.
