Energy Minister Salomon Banamuhere Baliene and Société Nationale d’Electricité (Snel) chief executive Daniel Yengo Massampu have attended a ceremony marking the start of rehabilitation work on the Mobayi-Mbongo hydropower dam on the Ubangi River in Equator province.
