Energie du Mali invites sealed bids by 15 August for the turnkey construction of a 100MW heavy fuel oil-fired thermal power plant in Sirakoro, a south-eastern suburb of the capital Bamako, as well as grid connection and extension of the Sirakoro high-voltage substation.
