There are signs from Accra that after the government’s bitter and protracted battle with Kosmos Energy over the attempted sale to ExxonMobil of its prized 23.491% Jubilee field stake, Kosmos might, after all, be allowed to sell to a buyer of its choosing (AE 191/3).
