Eskom names SAPP as its World Cup super-sub

The South African electricity company is looking to its partners in the Southern African Power Pool to ensure the 2010 tournament goes ahead without embarrassing power outages. No firm agreements have been negotiated, and most of the partners privately say they are more concerned to keep on their own lights, but Eskom on 27 April announced an agreement for the Southern African Power Pool
