Angola: Sonangol sells share in Puma Energy

Trafigura has signed an agreement to buy Sonangol’s 31.78% share in Puma Energy for $600m, taking its holding in the company to about 90%. At the same time, Puma Energy is selling its Angolan business and assets to Sonangol for the same amount, including the network of Pumangol service stations and its airport and marine terminals.
