Mozambique
Issue 436
15 April 2021

This map of the border between Mozambique and Tanzania, revised in April 2021, indicates security incidents in the Rovuma region and illegal mining and smuggling routes for artisanal gold, rubies, people, heroin and timber.

The map shows oil and gas infrastructure in the two countries, including open and licensed blocks, gas fields, pipelines and processing plants as well as future LNG liquefaction plant and export terminals.

Additionally, this map includes a list of LNG contracts for Mozambique.

The map is available as a PDF file using eps graphics, meaning that there is no loss of resolution as the file is enlarged.
