Although Symbion Power’s International Commercial Court arbitration over payments for its 120MW Ubungo plant in Tanzania is ongoing – a judgement is anticipated in 2019 – the company has held off pursuing a second case through the World Bank Group’s International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID).
