Voltalia has set a new timeframe for its Nkhotakota solar PV project. Business development manager Marcio Matos told African Energy the project was delayed by Covid-19-related restrictions, and was also affected by the winding-up of Malawi’s single buyer and off-taker Power Market Limited (PML).
