Cameroons apparent seriousness about tackling corruption is good news for investors, and there are encouraging signs of an E&P upturn to further improve the countrys battered reputation. But judging by the problems faced by several investors, realising gas-to-power ambitions is still a delicate business, writes Thalia Grifths.
