Tunisia: PA Resources sells assets to Etap

As PA Resources wraps up its operations, it has sold its Tunisian assets to Entreprise Tunisienne d’Activités Pétrolières for an undisclosed cash sum. The assets consist of eight licences including the producing offshore Didon field. PA Resources is selling its assets to pay creditors in accordance with a reorganisation plan approved by a court last year. Its North Sea holdings were sold to Petrogas earlier this year.
