New York-based Blackstone Group senior managing director and Sithe Global Power board member David Foley said in an interview that the investment giant intends to invest in the 358-480MW Ruhudji hydroelectric project in Tanzania and the 150MW Ruzizi III hydropower plant in Rwanda.
