Kudu back in prospect

Tullow Oil says the partners in the Kudu gas-to-power project have reached agreement with Namibian utility NamPower on the design of the Kudu gas production facilities and power station.  Chief operating officer Paul McDade told African Energy that they were in final negotiations on commercial agreements and, once heads of agreement were signed, front-end engineering and design (FEED) studies could go ahead in Q4.
