Kosmos Energy has announced that it will seek a secondary listing on the London Stock Exchange (LSE) to broaden the company’s international investor base. “We selected the LSE for our secondary listing because of its strong liquidity, reputation for transparency and participants’ knowledge of the role of frontier exploration and development in our industry,” Kosmos chairman and chief executive Andrew Inglis told a conference call on 7 August to discuss the company’s Q2 results.
