Kenya: Nairobi fuel terminal sale

National Oil Corporation of Kenya is seeking a transaction adviser to oversee the sale or long-term lease of the Nairobi fuel terminal to an identified bidder. Bids are due by 18 September. The National Nairobi Terminal was built in 2003-04 with an installed capacity of 1,800m3. In 2009, an upgrade increased its storage capacity through the addition of two tanks of 1,350m3 capacity each.
