Corporate battle over Lekoil chief’s sacking poses questions for Nigeria

Petroleum resources minister Timipre Sylva is more than just an interested bystander in Lekoil founder Lekan Akinyanmi’s battle with activist investors who are deeply critical of his governance, writes Jon Marks.
