CDC: New directors add diversity to the board

UK development finance institution CDC Group has appointed two new non-executive directors, Lusaka-based African Risk Capacity Insurance chief executive Dolika Banda and Lagos-based Africa Finance Corporation Andrew Alli. The appointments reflect CDC’s efforts to diversify its board.
