Director
Nick is responsible for management and development of African Energy’s resources, including its events business. He helps ensure that clients are provided with a high standard of professionally produced reports, publications and presentations. He also plays a key role in ensuring African Energy’s editorial and consultancy teams work closely with events staff to create agendas for high-level investment forums and dialogues that deliver lively and engaging panel-led discussions.
Nick’s experience includes working for more than 20 years on publications focused on Africa’s energy industries as a researcher, writer and publisher. He has helped establish African Energy’s newsletter and the African Energy Atlas as leading resources for the industry. He has overseen production and final presentation of graphic-rich publications and reports for a range of private and public sector clients across the energy, infrastructure and finance industries.
Since 2013, he has also developed African Energy’s events business (CbI Meetings) and has been a driving force behind the development of its flagship Africa Investment Exchange (AIX) meetings series.
